The following sections for Daily KPI Logging and Performance Dashboard are currently under active development. Adding and managing team members with roles (as above) is the first step!
Daily KPI Logging (Coming Soon)
Team members (or managers) will be able to log daily performance metrics such as:
- Number of calls made
- Total talk time
- Discovery calls booked
- Demos booked from discovery calls
- Closed deals (number and value)
- Demos completed
KPIs will be tailored based on the member's assigned role.
Performance Dashboard (Coming Soon)
Visualize team and individual performance with key metrics and ratios:
- Demo close ratio
- Discovery call to demo booking ratio
- Activity trends over time
- Leaderboards and progress towards targets (with different models like "Ladder" or "Team Role").
